Fans, of the SyFy show 'Haunted Collector' don't miss out on tonight's premiere at 9/8c on your SyFy cable network!

John Zaffis and his team go into homes and buildings with reported hauntings to try and locate artifacts that may have negative or paranormal energy associated with it. Interviews, research with local historians and uncovering the history of the home or place of paranormal activity is a part of the overall investigation provided by John Zaffis and his team. Zaffis then asks the homeowners, and/or proprietors if they wish to have the artifact removed in an effort to remove the paranormal activity. Zaffis then houses the “haunted” items recovered in his museum.

The Haunted Collector show first premiered in June of 2011 and is now in it's third season. The show is scheduled to air tonight at 9/8 central on the SyFy channel. To catch up on the series and/or view past episodes you can visit the Syfy website at the link below.

Poll: Will Ghost Hunters survive losing Grant?

Ghost Hunters Academy
Ghost Hunters Academy (Photo credit: Wikipedia)
Many of you have expressed your disappointment at Grant Wilson's leaving Ghost Hunters, our question to you is, do you think the show has the momentum to continue or do you think this is the beginning of the end for the show and it's success?
Be sure to stop by and take the poll on the left to let us know what you think? --------->

TPB believes that the show may have started going south for a while now and thus was trying new things like getting celebrity guest stars to investigate haunted locations. However, there's a fine line between finding creative ways to improve ratings and losing credibility in the process. Is having celebrities on the show a move in the right direction? Or do they need to go back to what they started out being, a credible investigation team looking to help those families in need of answers? What say you readers?

It appears that Ghost Hunters Kris Williams and Amy Bruni love Chip Coffey

Free distribution photo, if author's tag included.Free distribution photo, if author's tag included. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)But here's my question, why doesn't Ghost Hunters ever use him in any of their investigations? I mean it makes as much sense as having the Beverly Hills Housewives investigating, doesn't it????? Just askin'...Readers, your thoughts?????
You can visit his site and see where he and the Ghost Hunter girls and mugging for the camera together. Not to mention Amy Bruni keeps in close contact with Chip Coffey via Twitter.

Paranormal news blast, ok, its more like a blurb..

LAS VEGAS, NV - MARCH 15: Zak Bagans from the...LAS VEGAS, NV - MARCH 15: Zak Bagans from the television show, 'Ghost Adventures' arrives at the grand opening of the KISS by Monster Mini Golf amusement attraction on March 15, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada. (Image credit: Getty Images via @daylife)

Who thinks it is way weird that Zak Bagans of Ghost Adventurers follows on twitter Kris Williams from Ghost Hunters? I do, and here's why-I seem to recall Jason Hawes being asked what he thought of Ghost Adventurers to which he had no real reply than to say he doesn't watch the show. Hmmmmmmmm? I guess Kris Williams doesn't feel the same way?

Ghost Hunter news: March 27 2012

Fans of Ghost Hunters founder Grant Wilson may be interested to know that he has artwork he is posting on deviant art. If you're interested in taking a look at it, visit his link at the bottom of this article.

Jason HawesJason Hawes (Photo credit: WezlArt)Jason Hawes got a little snarky on twitter when another twitterer was wondering why Grant Wilson didn't state on the show that the reason he was leaving was to pursue a music and school.

Jason Hawes Tweets:
"Dude, leave it alone. Grant left for his own personal reasons. He doesn't owe you SHIT! Move on." RT (cont)
This was in response to :
: : " Q&A says left to go back to college and music career, so why didnt he say that on the show???"
Doc'
I have to say this is a legitimate question. If it were that simple, why didn't Grant just say so instead of playing up a mystery? Not to mention the whole cast and crew played up the final days and the "big announcement" just prior to the show airing.
Big question:
Some TPB posters are suggesting, well not suggesting- outright stating that Wilson had a drug problem. I have not found anything to corroborate these latest rumors. Anyone?

Ghost Hunters Returns April 11th

Ghost HuntersImage via WikipediaGhost Hunter Grant Wilson fans be sure to tune in April 11 th for the final "Grant" investigation episodes to resume.

To play catch up:
Recently, Grant Wilson dropped a huge bomb on the SyFy show stating that he was leaving the show. Many TPB readers flooded this site to find out why he has made this decision and as of today, the exact reasons are still unclear.

Many TPB readers have come up with some compelling theories, covering everything from having an affair with another GH member to marital troubles due to the absence of a wedding ring on Grant's finger. Ah our readers are an observant and creative bunch.

Recently, TPB stumbled across Grant Wilson's Twitter page and we see he is addressing many of the rumors with his tweets. To see what he tweeted see: Grant Wilson Tweets: "There's nothing wrong in my marriage"

Question markImage via WikipediaThe big question is, and please feel free to weigh in:
Will the Ghost Hunter show survive? Many TPB readers have stated that Wilson was their favorite investigator. Is there a chance the show may begin a swift descent into the "Where are they now" television archives? Or, will they continue on and find ways to amp things up via celebrity guests?

TPB hopes that they don't go the celebrity route, somehow it seems to cheapen the show, but that's just our opinion.  What further seems to be a goofy turn of events is that it is rumored that none other than funny man Jerry Seinfeld is slated to be a replacement for Grant Wilson. Hmmm...I can only imagine what direction GH will be going in if that happens.

"He's baaack, the Lizard man of Lee County"

Map of South Carolina highlighting Lee CountyImage via Wikipedia> According to recent stories in the news, the two legged, green, scaly, red eyed creature has made a new appearance in Lee County, SC. Ida Lane, a rural section of Lee County apparently has become a new haunt of the green creature when a resident discovered his vehicle was mauled during the night. The victim stated that upon awakening in the a.m. hours of Monday, he found his car in a damaged state unlike anything he'd seen before. This is precisely how the story of Lizard man began back in 1988. Reports were of a rural resident's vehicle being mauled by a creature that was in excess of 7 feet in height with large glowing red eyes. The sheriff at the time of the first sighting, Liston Truesdale, stated that he'd never seen that sort of damage done to a vehicle by any known creature. The sightings in 1988 generated massive media attention and resulted in over 50,000 visitors to Lee County. Was this latest incident Lizard man? Perhaps, perhaps it's the next generation. It can't be overlooked that the Lizard man of 1988, assuming he was an adult at that time, would be middle aged today. If Lizard man is anything like his human victims, his teeth are probably not quite as sharp and strong as they were in 1988, and no doubt his glowing red eyes are getting a little blurry visioned, especially at night. Quick get aways, grand leaps over creeks, aren't usually a part of a typical middle aged humans abilities. Not to say there aren't exceptions.
